Punjab Police on Tuesday arrested nine accused, including four juveniles, and recovered three illegal pistols, four petrol bombs and nine live cartridges. Investigators said the modules were being directed by foreign-based ISI handlers to recruit local youth, conduct reconnaissance of security installations, film videos of uniformed personnel, and procure illegal weapons. Police also uncovered surveillance cameras installed near railway tracks as part of the alleged conspiracy.
