The rest of the conversation around “Team DKS 2.0” has centred on its social composition. Congress has presented the expanded council as broadly representative, with a majority of berths going to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC and minority leaders, and has pointed to the induction of several Muslim ministers as a marker of that spread.
