Communities under the alert include Columbia itself, along with West Columbia, Cayce, Forest Acres, Springdale, St. Andrews, Oak Grove, Dentsville, Arcadia Lakes, Olympia, Eau Claire and Rosewood. Popular local spots are also affected, including the West Columbia Riverwalk, Five Points, the SC State Fair Grounds, Riverbanks Zoo, Guignard Park and the Cayce Riverwalk.
