Andy Burnham, the newly elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, has criticised FIFA’s plans to sell stakes in the World Cup. Burnman, who is a lifelong fan of Everton, has opined that Infantino is the “wrong man” to lead the apex football body. Speaking to the reporters on Friday (July 31), Burnham said: “My view is strengthening – this was an outrageous suggestion. The idea that it could even be brought forward, in my view, shows that the Fifa (president) is the wrong man to lead the organisation.”
