Today, more Indians are familiar with terms like anxiety, panic attacks, and burnout. However, awareness does not always translate into access to therapy, emotional support, healthy workplaces, or psychiatric care. “Awareness has reduced silence, but awareness alone does not reduce suffering. A person may now know the words anxiety or panic attack, but that does not mean they have access to therapy, family support, a healthy workplace, or early psychiatric care,” he said.
