The arrest of Tej Pratap Yadav by the Samrat government’s police on baseless and false charges is clearly a violation of democratic rights. Raising one’s voice for the problems of students, youth, and the public is the fundamental right and duty of every Indian citizen, and in retaliation for fulfilling this right and duty, Tej Pratap Yadav has been arrested out of a spirit of revenge,” she added.
