Aamir and Gauri registered their marriage under the Special Marriage Act (SMA), 1954, on July 5. The wedding was attended by approximately 100 people. The venue was his Bandra home. The couple’s children cheered for the union. Nita and Mukesh Ambani, Raj Thackeray, Rajkumar Hirani, Ashutosh Gowariker and his wife Sunita Gowariker, Prasoon Joshi, Rhea Chakraborty, Vir Das, Amin Hajee, Elli AvrRam, Rajkumar Santoshi and his family were among the guests at the celebration.
