Range Rover has offered the first official look at the upcoming GT EV, an all-electric grand tourer that will join its global line-up later this year. The model matters to Indian buyers because it represents a clear change in direction for the British marque which has traditionally focused on large luxury SUVs. Instead of the tall, boxy proportions associated with the Range Rover name, the GT EV adopts a fastback design and will be sold exclusively with an electric powertrain. The car is currently in the final stages of testing before its global debut.
