‘How Do I Reach Office?’ Here’s How Delhi Metro Passengers Reacted To 'Stations Closure' Amid CJP protest

The ‘heartline’ of the national capital- the Delhi metro- stopped services for its ‘regular’ passengers after the authorities closed 17 metro stations amid the ongoing Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)-led Jantar Mantar protest in Delhi. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced the closure of the said stations on Wednesday, July 22, which went on for several hours. However, the stations have now been opened. The move had come citing security concerns amid the protests. Amid the halt, several videos of ‘regular’ metro passengers also flooded social media, where most expressed their anger over how the matter was handled.
