Senior Advocate N Hariharan, appearing for the petitioners, told the court that the brutality used against protesters was “to the largest measure possible.” He alleged that policemen were seen beating women on their private parts, that women at the protest were molested and that more than 90 protesters were injured with numbers continuing to grow.
