In a separate incident that took place onboard the Mumbai Local train, two transgender persons were reportedly detained by the Government Railway Police (GRP) for allegedly assaulting a man. As per PTI,the incident unfolded on the weekend, July 18. Allegedly, the argument had broken down between a young man and a group of transgender persons. The verbal spat soon turned into a heated exchange between both sides.
