Dwivedi further said that a notice was issued, following which the university submitted its written objections. On July 15, they were also given an opportunity for a personal hearing where they presented their side. After analysing their written objections and statements, it was concluded that out of the 40 blocks in the university, 38 had been constructed without proper approval and documentation. “As per the law, the institution has been given 15 days to remove the unauthorised constructions. If it fails to do so, further action will be taken,” the DM said.
