A bench of Justices Surya Kant, Joymalya Bagchi and V. Mohan dismissed Daundkar’s appeal on Tuesday (July 14, 2026). The court refused to interfere with the NGT’s earlier order and also raised doubts about the credibility of the petition. With the Supreme Court’s decision, the CRZ clearance remains valid, allowing the Khans to move ahead with the planned renovation of Mannat, including the addition of two residential floors.
