GLP-1 Changed Your Appetite, But It Can Also Change Your Taste Buds. Here's What You May Start Craving

India is beginning to see the shift too. India may still be in the early stages of the GLP-1 boom, but restaurants have already begun preparing for it. According to industry reports, several restaurant chains are developing what insiders call ‘Size O’ menus, the ‘O’ standing for Ozempic. These menus focus on reduced portion sizes, lighter meals, lean proteins and dishes that deliver stronger flavours without increasing calories. Delhi NCR’s restaurant scene has long embraced tapas-style dining, chef’s tasting menus, protein bowls and small plates, trends that naturally align with how many GLP-1 users now prefer to eat. While restaurants in the region have not widely branded offerings as ‘Ozempic menus,’ hospitality experts expect more customised smaller-portion options as demand grows.
