After seven years, fans reunited with the iconic Pixar characters Woody (Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) and Jessie (Joan Cusack) as Toy Story 5 was released in theatres worldwide on June 19. This time, former writer on the franchise and Finding Nemo director Andrew Stanton took over the reins. In the latest instalment, Bonnie’s toys face a new threat as technology enters their house. As the toys tackle this new challenge, the makers have already been thinking ahead to what’s next. Stanton has a vision for where he’d like to take the character of Bonnie.
