Following the incident, Gyan Bindu Coaching director Roshan Anand and his brother Prince Yadav also came under scrutiny. A case was registered based on a complaint filed by Kanhaiya Singh, an employee associated with Khan Global Studies. After an investigation, police arrested Roshan Anand and sent him to jail. However, he was granted bail by a court after spending 12 days in custody. After his release, Roshan Anand made serious allegations against Khan Sir.
