Police Probe Doctor’s Mental Health History, Possible Motive
Investigators said the accused had been undergoing treatment for depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) for nearly a decade and was on antidepressant medication. According to reports, the accused doctor and his wife had reportedly been arguing over the employment of their domestic help, Meena, for some time. While the doctor wanted her dismissed, his wife opposed the move, insisting that Meena continue working for the family because of her dedication and support over the years.
