According to US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), Commander Gen. Francis Donovan met with Cuban Army Corps Gen. Roberto Legrá Sotolongo, Cuba’s first deputy minister and chief of the general staff, for what was described as “a brief exchange on operational security matters.”
