My fundamental positioning is that while we must crack down on the infrastructure, banning Telegram or any specific app is like shooting the messenger. Telegram is just like a pigeon in this scenario. It looks like we are fixing cosmetic things rather than fundamentals. Also, we cannot punish genuine users. It’s like the leaked paper traveled through a road, train, or airline, and the government decides to block that for all.”
