“The students are not responsible for the circumstances that led to the cancellation and re-conduct of the examination. However, they are presently bearing the burden of uncertainty, anxiety, and disruption caused by this unfortunate incident. A large number of aspirants have represented that the sudden decision to conduct a re-examination within a short period has caused immense mental stress, emotional trauma, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and loss of concentration,” Jindal stated in his letter to the Ministry of Education and NTA.
