Kenatha Kanom is set in Ramanathapuram, a region grappling with severe drought, and follows the people of Kariyapattinam, a village facing an acute water shortage. A ray of hope emerges when residents learn of an ancient well believed to be situated on government land. However, when the well mysteriously disappears, a investigation begins, showing a web of problems, water-related conflicts and secrets. The film stars Yogi Babu, Lovelyn Chandrasekhar, Raichal Rabecca and George Maryan, and is among the final directorial works of filmmaker Suresh Sangaiah. It will stream from June 16.
