Highlighting the control over intellectual property and institutional knowledge, he argued that organisations must be able to switch between AI models without losing the expertise embedded in their systems. He wrote, “In my view, our priority has to be building a frontier ecosystem, not just a frontier model, so value flows broadly across every company, every industry, and every country.”
