Delhi remained in the grip of scorching heat on Wednesday (june 10), with most weather stations recording temperatures above 42 degrees Celsius. Palam and Ridge emerged as the hottest locations at 43.6 degrees Celsius each, while Safdarjung, the city’s base observatory, recorded a maximum temperature of 42.4 degrees Celsius, 2.5 degrees above normal.
