Earlier in the day, a list carrying the signatures of 19 party MPs surfaced, signalling growing dissent within the ruling West Bengal outfit and raising fresh questions over its internal unity. Among the prominent names on the list are actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha, former India cricketer Yusuf Pathan, TMC youth leader Saayoni Ghosh, veteran parliamentarian Mala Roy, actor-MP Rachna Banerjee and senior leader Satabdi Roy.
