Having seen Shilpa up close on sets, Upasana painted a picture of a very different person in real life. She shared that during shoots, if a spot boy had an accident, if someone’s child was unwell, or if anyone needed financial help, Shilpa was always the first to step forward. She described her as a kind-hearted person who genuinely helps people.
