During a candid conversation with us, Arjun Bijlani said that devotion and emotion matter to him the most during the Ganpati festival celebration. When asked about the ongoing balancing Bappa trend and eco-friendly idols, the Miley Jab Hum Tum star said, “For me, the devotion and emotion behind bringing Bappa home matter the most. The festival is about faith, happiness and coming together, and I don’t think the size of the idol should take away from that. At the same time, we all have a responsibility towards our environment. Since we celebrate Ganpati with so much love, I think it is equally important that we celebrate responsibly and make conscious choices wherever possible. If we can opt for eco-friendly idols and reduce the impact on nature without compromising on the devotion, I think that is a wonderful way of celebrating.”
