Nana’s home invasion case saw a major turn on Tuesday. The man, who broke into actress’ home and carried out a violent robbery, has been sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment. On June 9, the defendant, a man in his 30s identified only as A, was found guilty of robbery causing injury by the Namyangju branch of the Uijeongbu District Court. The court stated that the severity of the offence justified a long prison sentence. In explaining its decision, the court cited the “lasting impact” of the incident on the victims. The ruling said that Nana and her family have undergone serious emotional and physical trauma since the attack.
