“I had gone to my wife’s quarters. My wife and her brother poured petrol on me. While I was trying to escape, he lit a matchstick. I was engulfed in flames and ran out of the house to save my life. I took shelter in another house, where people poured water on me and extinguished the fire. Later, an ambulance rescued me.”
