The defendant has been charged with aggravated robbery and causing injury after allegedly breaking into Nana’s residence in Guri, Gyeonggi Province, in November last year. Prosecutors allege that he threatened Nana and her mother while demanding valuables inside the home. The invader later filed a counter-complaint against Nana, accusing the actress of attempted murder. He claimed that he sustained injuries while being subdued during the confrontation inside the residence. However, police investigators ultimately concluded that Nana’s actions fell within the scope of legitimate self-defense. As a result, the complaint was not forwarded for prosecution. Following that decision, Nana reportedly filed a counter-lawsuit against the accused on charges of false accusation.
