India’s drone industry is growing rapidly as the country aims to boost the defence and technology ecosystem entirely. As per latest comments and reports, India currently has over 600 firms that are manufacturing drones, components, software or technologies related to this sector out of which 100 companies are focusing only on defence applications. Experts expect to see a significant jump in manufacturing jobs in the drone sector as a result of the current initiatives.
