Ahmedabad: In Ahmedabad’s Ghatlodia area, dozens of residents fell sick with diarrhoea and vomiting after contaminated water was reportedly mixed with the drinking water supply, officials said on Wednesday. While civic authorities put the number of affected people at around 50, locals claimed the outbreak impacted “hundreds of people.”
