The two films, Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar: Revenge, together grossed over Rs 3,000 crore worldwide, placing them among the biggest successes in Indian cinema. While audiences celebrated the action-packed story and Ranveer’s performance, producer Jyoti Deshpande has now shared interesting details about the business side of the project. She revealed that Ranveer and director Aditya Dhar did not take massive upfront payments. Instead, they agreed to a different model that allowed them to earn more once the films became successful. The strategy eventually proved beneficial for everyone involved.
