‘Build Quietly and Let Results Speak,’ Digraj Singh Rajput Explains Why

‘build quietly and let results speak,’ digraj singh rajput explains why

In the current digital world, people very easily share every challenge or frustration they experience on social media. Social media has become that space for individuals where they can talk about the good and bads happening in their lives. However, Digraj Singh Rajput, through his recent LinkedIn post, highlights the importance of sharing the bad happenings and complaining about those happening around one.

He writes in the post, “Har jagah log apni problems bata rahe hote hain. Kya nahi ho raha, kya galat chal raha hai.” (Everywhere, people are expressing their problems, what is not happening and what wrong is happening to them.) Here, he points out that it is not necessary that talking about problems will help people move ahead in life.

According to him, this is not sharing but ranting.

He further puts emphasis that not everything has to be shared immediately“Isliye har cheez turant share karna zaroori nahi hai.

Kuch cheezein quietly build hoti hain.” (This is why one shouldn’t immediately share everything because at times, a few things build quietly.)

He suggests that “Kaam karo. Improve Karo. End tak le jao.”(work, improve, and take it till the end) Until it builds, one should work on themselves and their growth, working towards improving themselves, and make sure to reach the end of the goal to whatever one wants to do or achieve.

These suggestions by him highlight the importance of discipline and persistence. Instead of trying to get attention for unfinished plans or ongoing struggles, individuals need to focus on getting their work done and getting meaningful outcomes.

And after this, when you achieve your goal, everyone will listen to you when you talk, not because now it’s not a story but a result. The results become the strongest proof of hard work, and it becomes far more impactful than the words.
