Earlier, the state government had also announced that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had granted affiliation to 151 government schools in Himachal Pradesh. According to the Education Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Rohit Thakur, these schools will follow the curriculum of CBSE from the next academic session, offering students greater academic opportunities and access to a nationally recognised education framework.
