This year, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 was conducted on May 3, but the NTA announced on May 12 that there the Agency and other investigating authorities have found some discrepancies, and thus the exam has been cancelled. Dharmendra Pradhan later announced that the medical exam will be re-conducted on June 21, 2026 (Sunday), and students will be given 15 minutes extra for the exam this time, i.e. the exam will be held from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
