ChatGPT Down: OpenAI’s ChatGPT is facing a major outage, with over 5,000 reports flooding Downdetector as thousands of users across the globe struggle to access the popular AI chatbot. A closer look at the Downdetector data paints a clearer picture of the scale of disruption. According to Downdetector.com, nearly 4,000 users have reported being unable to access the popular AI chatbot, with the majority of complaints- 86%, pointing directly at ChatGPT itself. A smaller share of users, around 6%, flagged issues with the app, while the remaining 5% reported trouble accessing the service via their web browser.
