The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted by Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan to assess the eligibility of candidates seeking teaching jobs in government and aided schools in the state. Qualifying the examination is mandatory for appointment to various teaching posts.
As per the prescribed qualifying criteria, candidates belonging to the general category are required to secure at least 60 per cent marks to qualify the examination. Reserved category candidates are given relaxation as per state government norms.
The release of the result comes after the publication of the provisional answer key earlier this year. Candidates who qualify the examination will now be eligible to apply for teaching recruitment processes in Kerala schools, subject to other eligibility requirements notified by recruiting authorities.
Candidates are advised to carefully verify all details mentioned on the scorecard and keep a printed copy for future admission or recruitment-related procedures.
