Excel Entertainment, headed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, had started preparing for the shoot of Don 3 only after Ranveer’s consent, claimed a report. Due to his sudden exit, they incurred heavy losses. Considering Don 3 was to be mounted on a massive scale, the expenses were equally high. The makers demanded Rs 40 crore from Ranveer to compensate the losses.
