Roughly 50,000 people remain under evacuation orders in parts of Garden Grove, Stanton, Anaheim, Westminster, Buena Park, and Cypress. The evacuation zone includes three circular “blast zones” closest to the plant, with additional areas designated for potential flammability and immediate danger to life and health.
