A confirmed tornado was spotted over Appleton, Wisconsin, on Monday, prompting the National Weather Service (NWS) to issue an urgent warning as the storm tracked southeast. The tornado was confirmed by radar at 12:01 local time and was moving southeast at about 30mph, according to the NWS.
