The video was shared on Instagram by a user identified as @tom.sadler2005. In the clip, the foreign tourist can be heard saying, “Correct me if I’m wrong, like to keep a horse in proximity, you can just like anchor it to the floor, then tie it up like that. I know that’s cruel, but surely better than what they’re doing here. They’re tying the horses’ feet together. Like, the front two feet, it has to like hop. Look at this. Like his front two feet are tied together and then when he wants to take another step, he has to hop. That’s f***ed up.”
