The Delhi Police has arrested Arastu Sikka, the husband of Akriti Sutar, who was found dead in Delhi’s Lodhi Colony on Saturday evening, just two months after her wedding. Akriti, a resident of Pushp Vihar and a sales executive with a private company in Chhatarpur, was found critically injured after an alleged fall from the NDMC Flats at Palika Kunj. She was rushed to AIIMS, where doctors declared her brought dead. The building where she was found is around 10 kilometres from her home, and investigators are trying to establish why she was there.
