National Doctors’ Day 2026 is being observed today. In India, 1 July is marked each year to acknowledge and recognise the contributions of doctors. The day also honours the legacy of Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy, celebrating his contributions to medicine and education. It has been observed since 1991.
