“If Ukraine is going to burn, your Moscow will burn too,” Zelenskyy said, adding that the strikes were aimed at forcing Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table. Zelenskyy warned that Ukraine would continue responding as long as Russia pursued the war.
