Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan’s father, the late Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, popularly known as Tiger Pataudi, was recently honoured at a special ceremony held at Winchester College. The Kartavya actor, who is also an alumnus of the prestigious institution, attended the unveiling of a commemorative plaque at the college’s historic cricket pavilion, Hunter Tent. The event was part of Wykeham Day, Winchester College’s annual summer celebration that brings together students, staff, families, and alumni to honour its long-standing traditions of sport, culture, and community spanning over 600 years. The occasion marked a heartfelt tribute to Tiger Pataudi’s legacy and his deep connection with the historic institution.
