The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) has confirmed that Chad Williams, the man identified by Twin Falls police as the suspected shooter in Saturday’s deadly In-N-Out shooting, was a former student at the institution. According to the college, Williams attended CSI from Aug. 22, 2022, through Dec. 14, 2023, but did not graduate or leave with any academic credentials.
