In a video shared on Instagram, the doctor recounted the incident, saying she had almost finished her first few bites when she noticed what appeared to be a dead cockroach in her spoon. Holding up the food container to the camera, she said, “I just received my parcel and the worst part is that I also received something that I did not order. This is what I found. It’s a dead bug. It’s a small cockroach.”
