Apple October 13 Event: Full List Of New Devices Expected To Launch This Month

apple october 13 event: full list of new devices expected to launch this month

After launching the iPhone 18 series, its first foldable iPhone Duo, Apple Watch Series 12 and AirPods 5 in September, it looks like Apple is not done yet. The Cupertino-based tech giant is reportedly planning another major product event this month. Apple has not officially confirmed but multiple reports suggest that it is planning to launch new devices on October 13.

As per Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple may introduce three new products around this date, with the focus largely on smart-home devices and the next generation of Siri.

Apple HomePad

The biggest announcement is expected to be Apple’s long-awaited smart-home hub, reportedly known as HomePad. It is expected to feature a square display of around 6 inches and could be used either on a table or mounted on a wall.

Unlike a regular smart speaker, the HomePad is rumoured to combine a screen, speakers, microphones and camera-related features. It will allow users to control smart-home devices, make FaceTime calls, play music, view photos and interact with Siri.

The device is also expected to make use of Apple’s upgraded AI-powered Siri, making it one of the most interesting Apple products to watch this month.

HomePod mini 2

The iPhone maker is also said to finally update the HomePod mini. The original HomePod mini was launched back in 2020, so the second-generation model would arrive after a long gap.

Reports suggest that the new HomePod mini will get a faster chip, improved audio and support for Apple’s newer Siri AI features. The overall design may remain similar but Apple could introduce new colour options.

New Apple TV 4K

The third product expected on October 13 is a new Apple TV 4K. The upcoming model is reportedly being developed with a newer processor and additional memory to better handle Apple’s AI features and upgraded Siri.

Apple is rumoured also bring improved connectivity, including support for Wi-Fi 7, while the overall design may remain similar to the current Apple TV.

What About iPad And Mac?

There are also reports about a new OLED iPad mini and other Mac upgrades arriving before the end of 2026. However, these devices are not confirmed for October 13. For now, the focus appears to be on Apple’s smart-home push.
