It came days after an Indian Express report detailed objections recorded by Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi to several decisions concerning SIR, including changes made to Form 6, the form used by voters for inclusion of their names in the electoral roll. The plea seeks a declaration by court that decisions, guidelines, directives and software modifications allegedly undertaken by Gyanesh Kumar without consulting Gill and Joshi.
