The Kentucky State Police (KSP) have issued a Blue Alert and are searching for a bluish-gray Honda Civic following a trooper-involved shooting on Interstate 65 North in Warren County. KSP confirmed that Trooper Hayden Phillips, Unit 369, was killed while patrolling I-65 in Warren County. Phillips was assigned to Post 3 in Bowling Green and was a graduate of Cadet Class 103.
